SILVERTON LAND USE CODE
The Town of Silverton recently launched an effort to overhaul its Land Use Code (LUC). The LUC is the set of regulations that guide how development should occur in our community. It is also one of the primary tools used to implement The Compass Project—the comprehensive plan for the Town of Silverton.
The LUC update is a major undertaking that will require input from and collaboration among a wide range of community interests. The entire community is invited to participate. Sign up to receive e-mail updates about the LUC update process below and look out for upcoming events and notices to participate!
The LUC Adoption Draft and Zoning Map are now available!
The Adoption Draft of the new Land Use Code (LUC) and the Zoning Map are now available for review! The project schedule has been extended to allow for extra time for the community, Planning Commission, and Board of Trustees to review and discuss the materials.
